Keith Charles

Actor Keith Charles got his start in acting when he was just 17 years old. Charles's early acting roles were in dramatic series like "Love of Life" (CBS, 1951-1980), "Search For Tomorrow" (CBS, 1951-1987) and "As the World Turns" (CBS, 1955-2010). He also appeared in "The Edge of Night" (CBS, 1955-1985). Following that project, he worked on "Where the Heart Is" (CBS, 1969-1973) and "Ryan's Hope" (ABC, 1974-1989). He also contributed to a variety of television specials, including "Side By Side" (CBS, 1975-76) and "After Hours: Singin', Swingin', and All That Jazz" (CBS, 1977-78). He also acted in films like the Patrick Cassidy drama "Longtime Companion" (1990) and the Phoebe Cates fantastical comedy "Drop Dead Fred" (1991). Most recently, Charles acted in "The Royal Tenenbaums" (2001).
