Tutte Lemkow

Tutte Lemkow was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Lemkow worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Bonjour Tristesse" (1958) starring Deborah Kerr, "Fire Down Below" (1957) starring Rita Hayworth and "High Flight" (1958) starring Ray Milland. He also contributed to "I Am a Camera" with Julie Harris (1955), "The Iron Petticoat" (1956) and "Too Many Crooks" (1959). He continued to act in productions like the Kenneth More adaptation sequel "We Joined the Navy" (1962), the George Hamilton action movie "The Victors" (1963) and "The Moon-Spinners" (1964). He also appeared in the Richard Burton dramatic adaptation "Becket" (1964). During the latter half of his career, he continued to act in the comedy "Duffy" (1968) with James Coburn, the dramatic adaptation "Justine" (1969) with Anouk Aimée and the dramatic adaptation "Fiddler on the Roof" (1971) with Topol. He also appeared in the comedy "Theatre of Blood" (1973) with Vincent Price and "Love and Death" (1975) with Woody Allen. Lemkow more recently acted in the Arnold Schwarzenegger adventure "Red Sonja" (1985).
