Marja-Lewis Ryan, née le 19 mars 1985 à Brooklyn, est une actrice, scénariste, productrice et réalisatrice américaine. Elle est connue pour avoir écrit, joué et coproduit The Four-Faced Liar et avoir coproduit la suite de The L Word.
