F1 Challenge

S1, E2: Guy gets privileged access to the normally-hidden inner workings of a Formula 1 team as he tries to become the first person from outside the sport to take part in a grand prix pit stop. He joins the elite Williams Racing pit crew at the Belgian Grand Prix, who can change all four tyres in under 2 seconds.
