Flying Post

S4, E26: It's Nikhil's birthday. Ted ties helium balloons to Pat's postbag, and it goes flying off into the air. Pat and PC Selby give chase, Ted uses his one man hover-backpack to reach the bag and pop the balloons, and Lucy opens a parcel from her aunt and discovers a balloon modelling kit, so Nikhil can have birthday balloons after all.
