S4, E9: Rather than be apart on Thanksgiving Day, Will and Grace join Jack and Karen for a festive holiday motor tour of their respective dysfunctional families. Karen is miffed when she visits Stan in jail and he tells her to sleep with other men, but then starts to explore the possibilities, Grace insults her domineering mother, and Jack takes his son Elliot to meet his stepfather.
