Thomas & Friends: Thomas and Scruff

S3, E1: Scruff the Scruncher is coming to work at the Waste Dump. When Thomas meets him he sees that he is quite scruffy and dirty. He decides to give him a clean but before they can wash him, Scruff hides in a siding and there is nothing Thomas can do to persuade him to come out!
