Grundy and Nygma become main attractions at Cherry's Place in the Narrows and Penguin seeks revenge when he hears Nygma is mocking him on stage. Meanwhile, Gordon is offered the position of captain, putting him at odds with Bullock.

Bullock and Gordon try to track down someone who is key to Sofia's control over Gotham. Penguin, Lee and Nygma enlist an unlikely ally as they seek revenge, while Selina asks Bruce for a favour to help alleviate her guilt over Ivy.

Professor Pyg continues to torment Gotham City, Sofia and Penguin plan a fundraiser for the orphanage and Bruce's partying habits get in the way of his relationship with Alfred who disapproves.

Gordon tries to broker a deal with Penguin that involves Sofia. Alfred attempts to pull Bruce out of his teenage angst and downward spiral.
