The bottom three contestants from the mystery box challenge face off in the elimination pressure test. They have just over three hours to recreate and plate up guest chef Anna Polyviou's signature dessert `Anna's mess'.

Contestants face an off-site challenge at George Calombaris' Hellenic Republic restaurant. Divided into two teams, they must prepare a three-course feast for 120 guests to avoid elimination.

Contestants have 75 minutes to create a delicious dish based on Nigella Lawson's divine indulgences. The top three will have a chance at immunity, while the bottom three face elimination.

With help from Kylie Kwong, the contestants must cook at least two Chinese dishes for 500 people at Melbourne's Chinatown.
