Looking to rewind the aging clock, women who have let their looks go receive complete transformations, from fashion to hair and makeup and at times including cosmetic surgery. Each episode begins with 100 strangers guessing the woman's age, and the resulting average age is used to set a target image. When the makeover is complete, the woman is unveiled in front of family and friends. Will she look and feel 10 years younger?
