A team of fashion and beauty experts help members of the public to redefine their image. Stylists Karen, Daniel and Melissa use all of their industry experience and some insider tips to assist a number of people in need of a makeover. The contestants are first rated by the general public on their appearance and fashion choices. The skilled team then get to work, passing on all of their hair, make-up and fashion knowledge. Sporting their new looks, the contestants are then rated again by the general public, with the end goal being to achieve a high score for their makeover.
