Stylists Karen, Daniel and Melissa use all of their industry experience and some insider tips to assist a number of people in need of a makeover. The contestants are first rated by the general public on their appearance and fashion choices. The skilled team then get to work, passing on all of their hair, make-up and fashion knowledge. Sporting their new looks, the contestants are then rated again by the general public, with the end goal being to achieve a high score for their makeover.
