Ricky is reminded of his childhood pet Mr Chicken. After creating Picasso-inspired art on an egg box he decides to fly like a bird, making an ingenious collage to help him try to find his old feathered friend.

Ricky draws and paints with his friends and family. Ricky makes some gloves without knitting, and makes wrapping paper using shaving foam and a Banksy-style skateboard picture. He has also forgotten his friend Sarah's birthday, so to make it up to her, he throws a surprise party and he disguises himself as a portrait.

Ricky demonstrates how to animate a submarine, create a bookend using a rubber glove, and make a desert island with coloured chalk sticks. He makes a goblin puppet but accidentally splashes paint onto it and finds that he has more goblins than he bargained for.

It's a beautiful, sunny day and Ricky's friends have all gone to the beach. Ricky wants to join them but he has lost his lucky trunks and has to search his flat looking for them and. While he's doing that he makes an Art Ninja stamp, a money wallet in the style of the artist Mondrian and shows you how to make an animation with a bicycle wheel.

It is a beautiful, sunny day and Ricky's friends have all gone to the beach. Ricky can't go out because of the rain so he makes a water picture inspired by Turner. he also creates a 'whatever the weather' hat and demonstrates how to animate faces. When things brighten up Ricky creates some massive art using a hosepipe and some luminous paint.

Ricky makes a cardboard giant bull head hoopla game, tries a 'gassy' ghost using a balloon, and shows how to 'unravel' a hairy beard animation. He also makes his own wallpaper using Escher's tessellation technique and Sarah foolishly asks Ricky and Gav to paint her flat while she is out!
