Batman: The Complete Animated Series

Batman is investigated by the police when a bat-like creature begins to terrorise Gotham causing the The Dark Knight to hunt down the real bad guy in order to clear his name.

The Joker challenges Batman to find him and the three important citizens he's kidnapped before midnight.

Batman tries to prevent the Scarecrow from burning down Gotham University; however, in the process he is exposed to the Scarecrow's fear gas, forcing him to face his own feelings of guilt over the death of his parents.

The Joker sprays a cloud of laughing gas over Gotham City affecting Alfred in the process, Batman races to get the antidote from the Joker before all of Gotham dies smiling.

Doctors discover that Harvey Dent has been poisoned after he collapses following a meal with his fiancée and Bruce Wayne. Batman must find the guilty party as well as the antidote before the DA runs out of time.

Batman traces a string of strange robberies in Gotham back to a group of homeless children, who are doing the bidding of their master, the Sewer King.
