As far back as 2007, a 17-year-old girl placed in a home for young people was contacted by a man who raped her in a hotel in Täby. The girl reported the rape and the police conducted an investigation but weren't able to find the perpetrator. But the evidence in the case was strong, and should have led to Göran Lindberg's arrest back then.

The secret task force carries out their search at police chief Göran Lindberg's office. They find not only evidence of his revered status as a champion of equality, but also sex toys, instruments of torture, and used patent-leather underwear. It strengthens the police's idea of Göran Lindberg as a sexual sadist and rapist.

Lindberg's manic behavior starts to escalate to a point where the police is getting worried about when and how this whole thing will go off the rails completely. Throughout the episode, we track Lindberg's journey across Sweden - with the cops hot on his heels. Simultaneously, the task force starts preparing the arrest, which is planned to take place as he visits the 14-year-old in Falun.
