Charismatic UK politician Arthur Fried's populism may connect to The Studio's investigation of two violent immigrant-related deaths. A Muslim boy and a body the media calls The Faceless Woman.

Lia's friend Nina, a sex trafficking victim, may connect to The Faceless Woman's murder. The Studio follow a possible link between Fried's campaign and a far-right terror group.

Lia infiltrates Fried's campaign but attracts more attention than she planned. Nina leads The Studio to a house holding abused sex slaves. Mari's complex family secrets catch up with her.
