Deadly Crossing explores one 15-day shift of a unique group of men tasked with keeping the Columbia River shipping trade flowing from Portland to the world. Their sole job is to get the giant ships over the deadly Columbia River bar. From skirmishes with small boats, to ice storms, and a deadly storm, Deadly Crossing documents in reality style the most dangerous job in the world.
