This week, the team of vets are giving an elephant an endoscopy to check on the progress of her cancer treatment. Also, Paul O' Donoghue helps an elephant arriving into A&E with chronic diarrhoea, and Kat discovers why some of the male herd are behaving more aggressively.

An elephant is brought into A&E with a suspected case of a deadly herpes virus infection, so Paul must help the vets to try and save his life by attempting a risky blood transfusion.

The Elephant Hospital vets are checking the heart health, dental health and gut health of their majestic patients. A young bull elephant is rescued after breaking his leg, and the team use laser technology on an elephant with burns.

The vets attempt to rehabilitate a mentally ill young bull in the hospital's male herd, Kat gets her hands dirty with a pile of elephant dung and Paul helps treat an infected abscess.
