Yue Wuyi (Fu Xin Bo) idolizes the legendary hero Xie Yi (Ken Chang) and embarks on a transformative journey to follow in his footsteps. Along the way, he encounters a diverse group of companions, including the fierce warrior Wen Renyu (Ying Er), the monk Xia Yize (Aarif Rahman), and the enigmatic Ah Yuan (Jiang Wen). As dark forces threaten humanity, Wuyi and his companions are tasked with finding the ancient sword Zhao Ming to save the world from impending destruction. Their quest becomes a perilous adventure filled with challenges that test their courage and resolve. This is a 2018 Chinese fantasy adventure drama adapted from a role-playing video game and directed by Cai Jingsheng.
