One month into their adventure, Rob and James hit Bolivia’s high plateau. With no money and nowhere to stay, Rob strikes a deal to work their way to the world’s largest salt flats.

Flat broke, Rob and James reach Peru where they land jobs teaching English. But in Cusco, the ancient Incan capital, tensions between Rob and James build to breaking point.

After splitting up in Pisac, Peru, James gets a job on a fruit truck and works his way north. While James forges ahead, Rob is constantly fascinated by the people he meets.

Rob and James must travel through Ecuador and Colombia to finish their epic journey across South America. Still travelling with no money, they have just 12 days to cover 2,000km.
