Hatena Illusion

Makoto arrives in Tokyo to be apprenticed as a magician by the father of his childhood friend Kana; Kana learns the truth about Makoto.

Kana refuses to have anything to do with Makoto on the first day of school, fearing rumours about the two of them will be started. Kokomi, one of the Hoshisato's acquaintances, comes to collect on a promise.

Kana and Kokomi's decision to take a bath after a rainstorm leads to an awkward encounter; mystery surrounds an object in the mansion that may have been stolen.

Yumemi flees when her teacher and a classmate come to her house to deliver her homework; Kana, Kokomi and Makoto investigate Yumemi's odd behaviour.

An art dealer invites Kana to an exhibition; Kana and Mokoto follow rumours of a bear-like monster appearing in school.

Kana agrees to retrieve a stolen artefact from Tominozawa in exchange for Maeve's expedited return; Yumemi asks Makoto to help get her magic under control.
