For the first time ever, M&S are allowing behind the scenes access into every aspect of the business, from the boardroom, to the factory, and onto the nation's shop floors. 2023 will be a challenging year for the brand. `Inside M&S' explores the company's conundrum of having to close numerous high street stores, whilst investing in brand new outside town locations. Meanwhile, the department store's clothing and homeware arms are in need of a huge refresh.
