`Masterchef' presenter John Torode embarks on an epic culinary adventure across Asia, seeking out the most inspiring cooks the continent has to offer, as well as the unique dishes that their country's range of cuisine has to offer. Along the way, John visits locations like Mumbai, Beijing, Hong Kong and Bangkok to learn about local specialties. Dishes sampled include crab soup, curry, samosas, stir fries and Peking duck. Inspired by the delectable flavours put in front of him, John attempts to put his own spin on some traditional Asian fare.
