Looking for Alaska

Miles Halter enrols at Culver Creek Academy, and on his first day, he gets a new nickname, a best friend and some enemies. He also makes a deal with Alaska Young that will change his life forever.

An expulsion ignites an escalating prank war with the Weekday Warriors as both sides try to discover who is `the rat' inside Culver Creek, and Miles finds his future at the school at risk and his loyalty to his new friends tested.

Alaska sets Miles up on a triple-and-a-half date that doesn't go as planned, while a fragile truce with the Weekday Warriors proves short-lived.

Despite his friends' warnings, Miles agrees to spend Thanksgiving with Alaska at Culver Creek, but a trip to the Colonel's home for the holiday only leaves the group further apart.
