As an investigator in the police's internal affairs department, Izzy Bachar learns that his best friend, Barak Harel, head of Israel's largest police station, is involved in a vast criminal organisation.

Izzy Bachar leads the investigation in secret from his friend Barak Harel. Meanwhile, Ronit puts Eliran under house arrest to trace him back to Ruslan Menahemov, his partner in a shoot-out two years earlier.

The brilliant Tal Ben Harush, from the international crime squad, is assigned to the operational unit of the police internal affairs department to find Eliran, who has vanished into thin air.

Izzy becomes the head of the unit that is supposed to expose the illegal network around the policeman Barak. Together with Tal, he primarily tracks down Roslan, Eliran's accomplice and a former policeman from Barak's unit.

After Roslan's disappearance, Internal Affairs summons the police officers who arrested him. But there is no evidence of murder. Izzy and Tal become aware of a suspicious company that seems very well connected.

Two years earlier, Barak is about to make a career for himself and has an affair with Sharon, a drug addict. He finds out that she is giving Sandor, another policeman, information about his involvement with the Shmaya brothers.
