Min-ki becomes depressed after realizing he is unable to sell the 8 acres of land for the right amount of money; he sees an article on how cabbage prices rise and fall every two years and decides to harvest 100,000 cabbages to make a million dollars.

Episode 2

Min-ki, Han-cheol, Hyeok and Ki-jun are bewildered by how country life is so different and struggle to adjust; being unfamiliar with farming, they learn how to grow cabbages through advice found online.

Han-cheol falls in love with Su-yeon; Ki-jun is mistaken for an illegal alien while trying to buy cabbage seeds at the market; Yun-hui is in danger of losing the village head position if they don't beat Sangdurok-ri at the So-ul Sports Competition.
