Monkey Island

Not everyone in Sri Lanka's monkey paradise is equal. Anna sits at the bottom of the social ladder and with a newborn baby, life is getting tougher. As drought grips the region and tensions boil over, can she do enough to keep her son alive?

Having come of age, male macaque Ravi leaves home for a journey of a lifetime. It will involve the big city, grave dangers and finding a new troop.

Tufted grey langurs share their territory with a troop of toque macaques and a group of purple face leaf monkeys. This is primate paradise. But a crippling drought changes everything. The three species are forced to adapt and take risks.
