Johnny sets off to the peaceful gated community with two teenage girls. Once they arrive, they get greeted by the manager of Jordnära, Kent. Johnny gets introduced to his work as a truck driver; soon he finds himself digging a grave.

The girls get introduced to the community's gymnastic team. Nicole refuses to be a part of the team but finds another reason to stay in Jordnära. Johnny is struggling with his assignment.

Johnny keeps digging deeper for Jordnäras' dark secrets, his findings are alarming, and he makes an effort to get outside help. Victor and Nicole start to get closer, which causes problems.

Johnny sets out to help Kent with a delivery. Suspicions about Johnny and his true agenda is starting to arise in the community. At the same time, Nicole wakes up to a whole new and frightening side of Jordnära.

Johnny's true identity has been revealed. Nicole manages to flee and now has to find her sister to escape. At the same time, Kent and Maud try to keep Jordnära peaceful and not let the whole community collapse.

When a car containing one of their leaders is set alight and pushed off a cliff in the middle of the night, the local police's investigative efforts centre on the community. At the same time, Jordnara faces a challenging financial situation.
