Pompon needs to wash before attending a concert. The young bear insists on bathing without his mother's help, asserting he is no longer a baby. However, he soon discovers that reaching his back is quite challenging when attempting to bathe alone.

Ants invade the Bear family's den. Pompon is happy to share his home, but draws the line at sharing his honey toast. Determined to solve the problem, he sets out to find an ideal new habitat for the intrusive little ants.

Pompon returns from a woodland expedition with unwelcome guests, fleas in his fur. He detests the strong-smelling shampoo used to treat them. The young bear becomes determined to avoid getting fleas again at all costs.

Pompon faces a series of mishaps one morning. He stumbles over toys, knocks over his honey pot, and feels abandoned by Rita. His mood sours, apparently exacerbated by starting the day on the wrong foot.

During a sleepover with Rita, Pompon loses his first milk tooth. He is excited to receive a gift from the Tooth Mouse. However, Pompon wants Rita to have a present too, so they decide to approach the Tooth Mouse directly with their request.

Pompon embarks on an expedition with his parents. He selects a large tree stump as a makeshift backpack to carry all his `essential' items. However, once filled, the stump proves far too heavy for the young bear to manage.
