When Bellamy pushes to have Jacob's tomb exhume, the Langstons are forced to confront secrets from their past that they'd rather leave buried. Meanwhile, Maggie agrees to help Bellamy.

Exhuming Jacob's grave deepens the mystery of his return; Henry struggles to accept that Jacob is really the son he lost; Maggie and Bellamy wonder if the local river holds a clue that could connect Caleb's and Jacob's deaths.

Martin Bellamy and Sheriff Fred embark on an awkward partnership to find Caleb, who is looking for Dale's killer. Jacob has a heart attack, and when Maggie gives him a thorough health examination, she makes a shocking discovery.
