Spencer's Big 30

Chef Spencer reveals how to prepare an inexpensive roast beef dinner with some sliced roast beef, Yorkshire puddings and roasted carrots, shallots, garlic and rosemary in 30 minutes.

Host Spencer Watts gives her own twist to the rather simple and inexpensive fish and chips as she prepares fish inside chips, a dish with an extra-crunchy outside coated in potato chips.

Spencer introduces his method of preparing a deep-dish pizza, as well as a thin crust pizza. He tops the deep-dish one with tomato sauce, spicy pepperoni and mozzarella, while the thin crust is topped with primavera sauce and some vegetables.

Spencer prepares a delicious Indian feast in 30 minutes with the help of some fragrant spices. His menu includes a classic butter chicken, a chickpea tomato curry, Indian spiced rice, cucumber raita and cool mango lassi for dessert.
