The Clangers

Small Clanger sees something passing overhead in orbit. We do not see it but we hear a suitable noise of its passing over. Major Clanger comes out. They watch it pass again and the next time they follow it running out of shot.

The Clangers have made a rocket. They set it off and, as all the best rockets do, it bursts in a cloud of beautiful coloured stars. They let off another but this one hits something and of load of assorted metal debris falls on their planet. The Clangers take cover. Then they come out and look at the odd objects. They are obviously all parts of the same thing so they carry the pieces below and assemble it. It assembles into an iron chicken which thanks them cordially and walks away through the caves.

All Clangers asleep. We hear very faint music. The music appears to come from the egg the chicken gave Tiny Clanger. Tiny Clanger blinks at the egg, listens to it. She stealthily takes the egg to a distant empty place. She trips and the egg breaks open. As it open the music stops, and out fall some music dots.
