Tsubame Haruna, a second-year high school student, lives with her grandfather Tokujiro. The high school she attended closed two months ago, and she is transferred to the prestigious Meiran Gakuen High School due to a special recruitment quota.

The student council president declares war on the students as part of an attempt to change the school. After turning all the students into enemies, her speechwriter gives her some new advice.

After joining the student organisation, Tsubame Haruna decides to set up a suggestions box so that every student can write down their worries and wishes about the school.

The student organisation solves the problem of allocating the club room and budget to the athletic club, and regains the student organisation room.

The school festival is approaching and Tsubame Haruna runs for chairman of the executive committee.

The power of words in an undeniable force. When high school student Tsubame Haruna is persuaded by friends to become Student Council President, she is aided by a genius speechwriter Kei Shizuki.
