Series 7 Episode 1

Our 12 keen bakers take on three cake-based challenges: a Signature pull-apart cake made up of individually designed cupcakes, a tricky Technical passion fruit chiffon cake with a unique cooling method, and an epic birthday cake Showstopper.
EPISODE 2

Series 7 Episode 2

The remaining 11 bakers are ready to rise to a new challenge: Bread Week! The contestants 'knead' to prove themselves with identical breadsticks, a braided zopf that's sure to get everyone in a twist, and some showstopping scored and painted loaves.

Series 7 Episode 3

It's Back to Basics Week, and the remaining 10 bakers compete to make sweet or savoury Signature scones, a chocolate tart Technical, and a showstopping, towering, gravity-defying 'piescraper'!
EPISODE 4

Series 7 Episode 4

It's Biscuit Week, and the bakers must risk it for the biscuit to make Signature linzers, followed by mocha mochi cookies in the Technical, and spectacular moving biscuit vehicles for the Showstopper.

Our eight remaining bakers get the party started with Signature layered Malaysian cakes, chocolate Christmas ornaments in a very festive Technical, and spooky, showstopping blacklight creations that glow in the dark.

It's Cheese Week, and our seven remaining bakers create cheesy tear 'n' shares, three-cheese pies and showstopping tiered cheesecakes.
