In 230 BC, Qin destroyed Han. Two years later, General Qin Guo Qin occupies Handan, the capital of Zhao Guo, and marches northward, approaching the kingdom of Yan.

Duan Murong finds the detention place of Tian Ming and Gai Nie in Xiangfu and hopes to be rescued, but is discovered by Xiang Shaoyu. Soldiers sent by Qin Shihuang surround Xiangfu.

Jing Tianming and Dong Guozhi grow closer. Emperor Qin Shihuang orders an additional 3,000 soldiers to wipe out the Mo and Xiang families. Uncle Yong finds a girl in the woods.

Gao Yue took Shao Yu and Tian Ming to the warehouse, but they are suddenly besieged by bugs. Shao Yu and Tian Ming tells Duan Murong about the meeting between Uncle Yong and Linger.

Wei Zhuang is wounded by Tianming's forces. The injured Gai Nie sees that Tianming's eyes are red and he is in the grip of magical powers. Dong Guozhi evacuates the ghost village before the Qin Army reinforcements, and scatteres his men to Luoyang.

Wei Zhuang discovers that Emperor Taiyi is Qin Shihuang's darling Zhao Gao, and blames him for concealing the fact that Tianming has superpowers. Duan Murong cares for Gai Nie every day, and the two become close.
