Worzel Gummidge Down Under

When a dishonest antique dealer sells Aunt Sally to the Piwakawaka Folklore Museum in New Zealand, Worzel Gummidge just has to follow.

The Crowman finds out about a rival scarecrow-maker who has made the scarecrow ingredient 'mangel-worzel' scarce. Meanwhile Worzel himself goes missing.

Worzel finds he has competition in the scarecrow business and doesn't fare much better when he ends up trying his hand at being a clothes prop.

After being unwittingly left behind at a golf course, Worzel gets caught up in the efforts of The Captain and Aunt Sally culminating in the Annual Golf Championship Competition.

Worzel completes a postponed Scarecrow Naming Ceremony and finds himself acclaimed as 'King of The Scarecrows' - which the Crowman is less than thrilled to hear about.

Worzel's heads are finally sent on from England. Unfortunately, when the trunk label is eaten by a goat, they end up in the local folk museum - alongside Aunt Sally and a vintage fairground organ.
