Claudia, a brilliant gynecologist, lives with her daughter Ángela in the outskirts of Barcelona. One day, after a traffic accident, Ángela kisses a deceased young woman and revives her. The moment is captured on video and goes viral: everyone is talking about “The Miracle Girl.” The next day, Ángela disappears. The case falls into the hands of Salazar, a former cop who makes a fatal mistake by dismissing the real kidnapper. Days later, Ángela's remains are found on a farm. Claudia is devastated. Seven years later, now pregnant and with a new partner, she receives a call that changes everything: "Mom, its me… Come get me."

After a raid on an orphanage, Dr. Santini is arrested. Claudia receives a call from a girl claiming to be Ángela. Although the police dismiss it as a prank, Claudia suspects otherwise. Her psychiatrist tries to calm her, but she notices that a detail from the call was never made public. With the help of Salazar, now a detective, they trace the call's origin and find a vial of insulin identical to the one Ángela used. The clue leads them to an orphanage closed for abuse. Claudia contacts Laura, who arranges an interview with Canseco, the alleged killer.

Claudia wakes up and sees Ángela in the garden, reviving a dead bird. After Canseco's death, the police dismiss his statements, but Salazar believes there is more to the story. They discover links to an orphanage where children were marked with tattoos. Although no visible mark is found on Canseco, Salazar discovers one inside his lip. Claudia visits a medium who assures her that Ángela is alive, but the medium is later found dead. Just when all hope seems lost, Claudia receives a second call from Ángela.

Claudia receives a second call from Ángela and, with Salazar, follows the trail to Iris, a young woman linked to a cult. When Claudia sees her photo, she believes Iris is her daughter and escapes alone to the house where she supposedly lives. There, a man tells her Iris is dead, but Claudia sees a girl behind the window. She enters armed, but the room is empty: it was a hallucination. Meanwhile, Laura investigates and arrives at a breeding farm where Kevin, a suspect in Ángela's case, once worked. Laura sees a girl with him who could be Ángela.

In the middle of the night, Kevin leaves Dr. Villein’s breeding farm, where they share a relationship that goes beyond professional. He drives to a prison, where a group of The Nameless cult is waiting for Santini's release. Dr. Villein calls the detective: Laura's head has been found at the farm. She blames Kevin, who may have run away with a girl believed to be Ángela. The police follow the trail to a church where they find Kevin and a girl who is not Ángela. At the station, Maica confesses she pretended to be Ángela to claim a ransom. She says the cult killed Ángela and fed her to the pigs. In shock, Claudia returns to her old house. There, she hears a noise. When she looks at the door, a teenage girl is staring at her.

Claudia and Ángela meet face-to-face after seven years. Claudia goes into labor and gives birth with her daughter's help, who then takes the baby and hands him over to two members of The Nameless. Claudia survives, and both Ángela and the baby are taken to the hospital. Ángela undergoes a thorough medical examination, and her identity is confirmed. However, Salazar still doubts the girl's intentions, and the cult, which everyone believes has been dismantled.
