Tough Memphis homicide cop Jacob Stillwell is well-known for doling out his own kind of rough justice to any criminal who crosses his path. He meets his match, however, when a vicious serial killer known as Lazerus goes on the rampage, leaving the city's residents in fear for their lives. Immersing himself in the seedy Memphis underworld, it's up to Stillwell to hunt the murder.
