Two school girls begins to realise that their friendship is blossoming into something intimate, causing the two to question what they mean to each other and how they want to be loved.

Adachi and Shimamura happen to meet each other on the second floor of the gymnasium as they are skipping class. Eventually, they start seeing each other more and playing ping-pong together.

Shimamura meets a little astronaut named Yashiro. Shimamura and Adachi also decide to attend class.

Shimamura worries about Adachi when she doesn't come to school the next day after she abruptly left her house. The two girls go out together on the weekend and an unlikely guest joins them.

High School Girls on Holiday
Shimamura just happens to run into Adachi's mom at the gym and they have an awkward encounter. Later on, Shimamura invites Adachi to karaoke with Hino and Nagafuji.

Adachi's Question
Adachi tries to ask Shimamura if she'd like to hang out on Christmas, but has a very hard time getting the words out. Meanwhile, Shimamura is wondering why Adachi's been acting so weird lately.

Adachi asks Hino to help her find a Christmas gift for Shimamura and Adachi and Shimamura finally hang out on Christmas.
