Alphonse gets beaten up by mafia thugs at a job he's struggling to keep. In therapy, he discusses his mother's disappearance when he was little. Then he is fired.

Alphonse tells his wife, Margot, that he has a good new job, but secretly replaces his father as a gigolo for older women in Paris.

Alphonse turns out to be a true prodigy in his new profession, but Adèle, his richest client, has a grandson who gets him into trouble. Margot, for her part, begins an affair with her banker.

Alphonse and Adèle work together to get her grandson in prison. Margot catches Alphonse, but when the truth is revealed, their marriage has a new start.

Louis hires private detective Wilfried to track down his grandmother's fortune. Alphonse wants to use Adèle's money to give his wife the luxury life she has always dreamed of.
