Staz Charlie Blood is a powerful vampire with a huge love for Japanese anime and games, so he is excited when a young schoolgirl named Fuyumi wanders into his territory.

Staz finally gets to visit Japan when he escorts Fuyumi back home; but now that she's a ghost, she is not too thrilled with Staz disrupting her once peaceful human life.

Staz and Fuyumi travel to West Demon World, in search of the Book of Human Resurrection, where they are greeted by Wolf.

Staz visits Demon World Acropolis in search of his brother, the author of the Book of Human Resurrection and the only one who can decipher it.

While in Liz's Toy Box, Staz receives a visit from his brother Braz, who offers him the knowledge of human resurrection, if Staz will slay a monster.

Staz arrives in North Demon World; Wolf fights the Artificial Demon Akim Papradon.
