Not all emergency personnel ride in ambulances to get to people in need of their help. Some rely on motorcycles to get them from point A to point B, making them emergency bikers. This candid series follows the full-throttle day-to-day lives of groups of police bikers in Essex and paramedics from the West Midlands and Cornwall making their way around the land on their motorised bikes. While dangerous, motorcycles can be advantageous, allowing crews to more easily race through congested roads. Among the situations the crews are called to include children being struck by cars, sports injuries, car accidents, and fights.
