More Creatures Great and Small

In Teesdale, farm vet Richard helps a sheep who has mysteriously gone blind. A springy spaniel proves a handful for small animal vet Steve, and in Fife vet Adam deals with an emotional case, a homeless kitten who has been run over by a car.

A labrador gun dog is rushed to small animal vet Steve after being accidentally shot in the face. On his countryside rounds, farm vet Richard visits baby alpacas in need of microchipping and a herd of belted galloway cattle.

Adam decides his much-loved shetland pony Hector needs a major operation to make him less aggressive. In Teesdale, farm vet Graham has double trouble when he discovers a cow is having difficulty giving birth to twins.

Adam deals with a life-saving emergency when a dog is hit by a train, Richard artificially inseminates some Welsh black cattle, and at the rural practice, feathers are ruffled when vet Steve tries to clip a budgie's claws.
