True is assigned the task of designing some new gear for young skateboard star Ryan Sheckler. In order to gain access to Ryan's all-male skate club, she and Lulu must go undercover as boys. Elsewhere, Amanda decides to adopt a friendlier attitude at work so that her latest assistant will stay in the role longer than one day.

After overhearing Amanda's boyfriend planning lunch with another woman, Ryan, Lulu and True decide to follow him, only to discover he is having an affair. Meanwhile, Lulu thinks Max's accountant may be Santa Claus.
