S1, E2: Akshat lays down seven heartless promises that his prospective wife must accept. Akshat misinterprets that Kaushalya is willing to walk on the shards of glass to prove her capability of becoming his wife, and accuses her of being a gold-digger. This infuriates Guddan and she slams the cake on Akshat's face. However, Kaushalya, on reaching back home, scolds Guddan for her behaviour and blames her for her mother's death. However, Revati supports Guddan.
