Dr Sinha wants to build a modern hospital to treat the underprivileged, and his son is also committed to the project. When his father dies, Akash must continue to raise funds for his father's mission, but is sidetracked by two women in his life. Neha, a fellow doctor, holds his heart, but Soniya, a rich man's daughter, arrives on the scene and offers Akash funding if he marries her. He must choose between love and honour.
