After the authorities accidentally rescue a group of minor girls from being trafficked, Animesh Dutta, the rogue special crime branch officer, is sent to the Sundarbans to bust the women trafficking racket.

In the Sundarbans, Animesh rescues a teenage girl, Dugga, from being trafficked and takes her to the hospital. Instructed by their boss, the Hujja boys plan to teach the new officer a lesson.

Animesh visits the ashram headed by the seer Shambhu Baba and his beautiful partner Mohini Ma. Parallely, while Dutta plans an attack against the Hujja boys, a new girl goes missing.

When one of the Hujja boys is found hanging from a tree, the gang believes Animesh to be behind the murder. The hospital nurse discovers that her brother, Pintu, is a Hujja and is involved in trafficking.

Animesh discovers Kanu to be the fierce kingpin behind the racket. When the Hujja boys kidnap Dugga from the hospital, someone bashes them and rescues Dugga. Animesh is surprised when he finds out the identity of the saviour.

Animesh gets to know that Kanu used to be a dreaded criminal. He meets the investigating officer who arrested Kanu. At the Ashram, Shampa confesses to Baba that Pintu is a Hujja. Parul's body is found.
