Someone vandalises Pam's warehouse mural. Distraught, she seeks the help of Dwight and Nellie who both eagerly help her track down the vandal. Meanwhile, in their Philadelphia apartment, Darryl is uncomfortable with Jim's uncleanliness.

Pam accidentally brings lice into the office but lets Meredith Palmer take the fall while Dwight vows to destroy the parasites. Jim spends a great day in Philadelphia with a potential business associate, while Nellie, Phyllis and Kevin interfere with Darryl's love life.

Andy tries to quash Jim and Dwight's endless pranks. Robert tries to drink away his sorrows at the office Christmas party while Erin lets her feelings out after a few too many drinks.

Roy's surprise performance for Lara at their wedding instigates Jim and Pam to find out something new about each other. After Nellie forces Dwight to support a charity, he chooses a charity that supports an inhumane group.

Dwight offers free family portraits, and a stolen diaper leads to a high-speed car chase. Andy, aided by David Wallace, goes undercover to get his job back and Robert faces a decision on a new business opportunity.

Dwight and Packer compete for a job. Jim receives an unwelcome visitor in his room while Andy has everyone stay late to cover for their co-workers in Florida.
