The Tyrant

The US Intelligence Service uncovers a secret project in Korea and orders the NIS to terminate the project and turn over all data. Sensing a shift in the tides, Director Choe orders Moyong to find a sample.

Lim Sang receives an order to eliminate Moyong and his men who were involved in the ambush. During his hunt for Moyong's men to identify his whereabouts, he receives an order to eliminate Jagyeong too. Jagyeong also sets out to find Moyong.

Jagyeong arrives at Moyong's hangover soup restaurant only to find it empty. Lim Sang tortures one of Moyong's men and figures out his hideout. Paul flies to Korea and confronts Director Choe to retrieve the sample.

Paul and Director Choe make their way to the secret safe house where the extorted sample is kept. Jagyeong and Lim Sang arrive shortly after, where everyone finally gathers in one place to seize the last sample.
