Master thief Sam Quint (Academy Award® winner Tommy Lee Jones), hired by the government for a high-level job, hides a computer disc containing vital evidence in a sleek experimental supercar known as The Black Moon. But before Quint can recover the disc, the car is stolen by Nina, a high-tech auto thief (Linda Hamilton).
