A tour planner, Keita Endo, is suddenly transferred to work at Narita International Airport in what he deems a depressing demotion. From his first day, the dorky Endo struggles to make the adjustment to his new environment. His co-worker, Haruko Morio, views him with utter contempt while his supervisor, Imaizumi, is pathetically trivial and unreliable. Along with his quirky colleagues, Endo tries to resolve a never-ending barrage of issues at the airport check-in.
